Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage uses smooth, heated stones at key acupuncture points throughout the body. The warm temperature relaxes the body and reduces soreness.


Thai Table Massage

Thai Table massage combines a variety of stretching movements applied slowly, in patterns of gentle rocking and rhythmic muscle compressions and joint mobilization. The session is a dynamic experience in which tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints receive the benefit of massage and movement.


Bamboo/Rattan Massage

Bamboo/Rattan massage uses different sizes and diameters of bamboo rods and sticks to roll or glide on muscles to soften, relax and stretch them. Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage that adds more pressure but also adds compression.
The therapist delivers deep, broad and consistent pressure using gravity and their entire body weight.


Myofascial Cupping

Myofascial Cupping is a soft tissue therapy that encourages healing by creating a negative pressure; this is what creates the reddish-coloured circles, and the lasting effect of this is what is typically seen to be therapeutically beneficial.
